How to reach our hotel:

Batam Island has 5 international ferry terminals, we are located closest to and provide transportation to/from the Sekupang International Ferry Terminal.

To reach our resort and spa, take a ferry from HarbourFront Terminal in Singapore to Sekupang.

Buy round trip with Batamfast! SGD47 including taxes on both sides per person.
We can assist you in getting your return boarding card once you have checked in. Once your reservation is confirmed we will send you an easy booking form to fill out and send to Batam Fast Ferry Company. They will confirm with you the booking.

Our check-in and check-out times are coordinated with the ferry schedule. Batam is 1 hour behind so you depart and arrive at the same time.

Check-in 12:00  Take the 12:10 Batam Fast ferry (arrive 12:10) or catch a later ferry. Option for early check-in: You can take the 8:20 ferry and take the 9-12 spa session After your spa the room will be ready for check in.

Check-out 11:00  You can take the 11:50 ferry back. Optional departures: Stay and have lunch before you leave and catch the 15:00 ferry.

You can depart from any terminal in Batam. Should you choose to go shopping at Mega Mall on your way home you can depart from Batam Center (with the same ticket).

Taxis
It is not recommended to get into strange taxis in the down town area so we can arrange taxi drivers that will wait for you and safely bring you back. Cost is SGD20/3 hrs, each additional hour SGD7.

Surrounding Activities

Shopping
We can arrange shopping for you to go shopping at Batams largest shopping center, Nagoya Hill, BCS (Batam City Square) located closeby Nagoya Hill, or the Mega Mall in Batam Center. If you wish to shop at Mega Mall it is our recommendation to do this on your way back home as it is connected to the Batam Center ferry terminal.

The ferry ticket are good from anywhere in Batam. After shopping at the Mega Mall in Batam Center you can walk directly across the street and catch the ferry back home from there. Ferries depart about every hour. We can assist you in booking your return boarding card from there.

Shopping free and easy:

Mega Mall is about 35 minutes from here, taxi drop is S$10/car.

6 Bridges Tour
Embark on a taxi drive across the 7 Riau islands belonging to the Riau Peninsula. Enjoy the senery along the way of the sparsley populated islands, dragon fruit farms, and kampong life. Stop at the Vietnamese refugee memorial camp. At the very end, enjoy some of the best seafood ever, while sitting at an authentic Kelong restaurant. (A la carte lunch not included in price)

Batam boasts several golf courses on the island. The closest is Indah Puri, just a one minute walk to the clubhouse.
