Treatment: Watsu=Water Shiatsu (Seasonal treatment, not available during rainy season)

Watsu promotes a deep state of relaxation which encourages the release of stress and tension allowing the healing to begin.  Movement through the water provides gentle yet deep stretching throughout the body while the joints are unloaded.  When the muscles are relaxed the gentle motion through the water will allow the body to move in ways not possible on a massage table.  This weightlessness is ideal for pregnant women.

Treatment: Hot Herbal Compresses
Hot herbal compresses or "Luk Pra Kob" is the name of a 400 year old treatment that uses a rounded cloth bundle filled with herbs and spices. These are steamed and then pressed on the body. Once the bundles cool they are used to administer massage. A wonderful way to melt away aches and pains and relax!

Treatment: Ear Candling

After massaging all the lymph nodes around the ear, a hallow candle is placed in the ear. Through the process of convection and a slight vacuum, debris will climb up in to the candle.  The perfect gentle way to clean ears.
